Exchange & Return Policy

  • Products must be inspected upon delivery with the courier.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Exchanges are allowed only once per order.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without prior approval through email or WhatsApp.

  • Shipping fees are the customer's responsibility, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or different from the item ordered.

  • Orchid Home reserves the right to refuse any exchange or return request that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
