Exchange & Return Policy

Products must be inspected upon delivery with the courier.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Exchanges are allowed only once per order.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without prior approval through email or WhatsApp.

Shipping fees are the customer's responsibility, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or different from the item ordered.
